This privacy policy applies to information collected by or on behalf of Vyne (“Vyne”, “we”, “us”), including but not limited to personal information collected through our website https://vynecorp.com and mobile versions of our website (collectively, the “Site”), by phone or email, or anywhere else we display this privacy policy (collectively, with the Site referred to as the “Platforms”). This policy discloses our privacy practices and will notify you of the following:
- What personal information is collected from you through the Platforms, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
- What rights and choices are available to you regarding your information.
- How we protect your information.
By interacting with or using the Platforms, you agree to have your information used, disclosed or processed in accordance with this privacy policy.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Information Collection. Personal information is information that directly or indirectly identifies or can be used to identify you as an individual. We generally collect information in the following ways when you access or interact with the Platforms:
- Information You Provide: We access and collect information that you voluntarily give us via the Site, email or other direct contact from you. For example, you may provide your name and business contact information (such as your company name, job title and business email address or phone number) when you contact us using the contact form on the Site or by phone or email.

- Job Applicants and Candidates: We collect and maintain personal information of job applicants and candidates who seek to be employed by us or otherwise apply for job openings. This personal information includes, but is not limited to job applicant or candidate first and last name, email address, telephone number, physical address, desired pay, available start date, link to social media profile, gender, ethnicity, disability and veteran status, educational history, date of birth, references, job history and any other information you choose to provide as part of your resume or application for employment. We collect and maintain this information to determine eligibility for employment, including verification of references and qualifications; assessing qualifications for a particular job; complying with applicable labor or employment rules, regulations, and statutes, or for such other purposes as are reasonably required by us as otherwise set forth in this privacy policy; or to communicate with you about your application for employment or potential job openings. We may share this information with our service providers as necessary for the purposes of determining your eligibility and qualifications.
Information Use and Sharing. Your Rights and Choices
Communication Preferences. You may opt out receiving communications from us at any time by contacting us using the methods listed in the Contact Us section at the bottom of this privacy policy or by using the unsubscribe links included in the communications from us. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, you may still receive emails, mailings or other communications related to your transactions with us.

Security
We maintain reasonable and appropriate safeguards to help protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. “Do Not Track” Signals
Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. The Site does not currently respond to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals.

We may provide links on the Site to third-party websites we think may be of interest to you, including links to social media sites such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Please be aware that these websites are independent from Vyne and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites or platforms. Therefore, we encourage our users to be aware when they leave the Site and to read the privacy policies of any other website you visit.
International Users
Vyne and its affiliated companies are based in the United States. Our services and the Site are not targeted at individuals outside the United States. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States and provided us with personal information, please note that your information may be accessed or transferred, stored and processed by Vyne or its affiliated companies in the United States. The data protection or privacy laws in the United States may be different than those in your country. By doing business with or interacting with Vyne or our Site or Platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the transfer of your personal information to facilities located in the United States and understand that such information will be stored and processed in accordance with this privacy policy and the laws of the United States.

Third-Party Marketing Disclosure. Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents with whom we have a business relationship can request information about the types of personal information, if any, we shared with third parties for the direct marketing purposes of the third parties and the identities of the third parties with whom we shared such information in the last 12 months. We do not share your personal information with third parties in this manner and have not done so in the last 12 months. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13.
